Brian Pendleton is a newcomer to the world of West End/Broadway producing, yet he brings a lifetime of passion and a wealth of experience in high-stakes investment and philanthropy.
At just 9 years old, Brian attended his first musical, THE MUSIC MAN starring Dick Van Dyke at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles. Over 40 years later, Brian remains a devoted subscriber to the Pantages Theater, and Dick Van Dyke is still with us!
Brian's journey into theater production began with his first Broadway investment in AMERICAN IDIOT, and most recently, he invested in MRS DOUBTFIRE in the West End. He was also the founder and CEO of CauseForce Inc., a global fundraising company that raised over $1 billion for cancer and HIV research. Additionally, he served as the president of Los Angeles' $31 billion Police and Fire Pension Fund.
Brian is deeply involved in community work and charitable support. He champions access to education, scholarship programs, LGBTQ+ equality, and life-saving medical services. His contributions include the Goldman-Pendleton West Hollywood Library Mall, Pendleton-Goldman Learning Centers in the Philippines, the Goldman-Pendleton Language Learning Center at the University of Tennessee, and the Pendleton PrEP clinic in South Los Angeles.
