James Pearse Connelly is an award-winning production designer with a career that spans over two decades in designing studio sets, interiors and events. As Founder, Principal Creative & CEO of JPConnelly, James leads a studio of talented creatives and technicians who help bring stories to life through one-of-a-kind set design and remains at the forefront of the industry with providing production and interior design services and experiential activations in both virtual and physical environments. Connelly's talent and expertise has earned him recognition with three Emmy Awards, 18 nominations, and nine Art Directors Guild Award nominations, highlighting his prominence in the field. He is a member of the Television Academy, having served on the Television Academy's Board of Governors since 2014 and has been in the art directors/set decorators peer group since 2008.

James lives in Los Angeles, California with his husband, Wallie, son, Cates, and two French bulldogs, Honey Pie and Rigby, and is expecting his second son in January 2025.
